Shipping, Return & Cancellation policies


  • Orders will process and then ship usually but not guaranteed within 3-7 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid FFL if applicable to any of the items on the order.
  • Delivery signature is REQUIRED on ALL orders exceeding $650
  • ​A tracking number will be provided via automated email on all orders once in shipped status, if you do not get one you must email [email protected] immediately or else you may experience delays.
  • ​Please note: Insurance is NOT included, and depending on the package and shipping method is usually an additional fee from the courier. See below how to request Insurance.



  • ARMSTOPIA provides a tracking number upon order shipping. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email or use the contact form available on our website. If the lost package is a result from a mistake on ARMSTOPIA we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by ARMSTOPIA However, the contents of the packages will NOT be reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. You may request insurance by emailing [email protected] PRIOR to shipment. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. ARMSTOPIA will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your item. A “DELIVERED” status on you tracking number is considered receipt. Unopened returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping at your own expense. Your original shipping charge is also non-refundable. Your return will be issued back to your original form of payment. Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no charge to you. Refusing a delivery and the carrier returning the package to us, the sender, is also considered a return and NOT a cancellation.


  • VERY IMPORTANT – FIREARM RETURNS!! Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you, it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. **Upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees associated with returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. will provide a prepaid label to ship the firearm to the manufacturer, if a prepaid label is not covered under their warranty.

  • Products sold “as is” or “used” or that have been installed or used after receipt.
  • Illumination devices, electronic sights and scopes/optics, lasers, or night vision devices. Customers must work through the manufacturer if a defect is not identified immediately upon receipt.
  • All ammunition sales / ammunition components
Shipping, Handling, Insurance, and Processing fees are NOT refundable.
Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.


  • 5% processing fee will be assessed for all in-stock items cancelled prior to shipment. Please be sure of what you wish to order prior to placing your order.


  • Backordered / Pre-ordered items may be cancelled with out cancellation fee at anytime. 
  • Any in stock items cancelled on the order would assess 5% fee.


  • 5% processing fee will be assessed for any order attempting to purchase items prohibited/illegal to ship to your state will be cancelled. Please be aware of your local/applicable laws before ordering ANY items. If you are not sure, consult with your local FFL before ordering on your local laws. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.


  • Prices resulting from payment processing provider errors will be cancelled and payment voided/refunded immediately.
  • Prices resulting from internal/coding errors will be cancelled and payment voided/refunded immediately.
  • Availability/Inventory discrepancies will be refunded. (i.e. item ordered and not in stock/not available)
  • Errors will NOT be honored.
